After completing his primary and secondary education in Alanya, Sefa Kurt moved to Istanbul, where he participated in the University of California Irvine Extension Program in 2011 and graduated from the Faculty of Law at Istanbul Bilgi University in 2016. Following his undergraduate graduation and the completion of his military service, he completed his legal internship at the Istanbul Bar Association and obtained his attorney’s license.

During his undergraduate years, he was actively involved in various student clubs and non-governmental organizations, and took part in numerous domestic and international events, initiatives, and innovation activities.

In the early years of his career, Sefa Kurt gained experience by working at law firms with diverse case portfolios, while also providing legal consultancy services to numerous domestic and foreign clients.

Since 2019, he has been practicing as an independent attorney and co-founded Parley Law Consultancy and Mediation Office together with his colleagues.

Sefa Kurt also serves as a board member in the family company Kurt Safir Construction. His main areas of professional focus include Corporate Law, Foreigners and Citizenship Law, Contract Law, Commercial Disputes, Labor Law, and Inheritance Law, while continuing to support both domestic and international clients in various fields of law.

He is married with one child and speaks English.
